Our Commercial Property Agency
Oriprops have been the leaders in commercial property rentals and sales in Nelspruit since 2005.
Specialising in commercial property, with a particular focus on the industrial sector, has seen the business grow from strength to strength. Our team are focused on the commercial side of any transaction and are capable of structuring intricate deals when required. In 2018 we expanded our footprint into Gauteng with an East Rand broker, in 2020 we identified the industrial opportunity in the Highveld and opened our Middelburg office with Witbank opening in 2021, these areas are strong commercial nodes and contribute to our overall growth.
Who
We Are
Owen Wiggins founded Oriprops in 2005. Owen had extensive commercial property experience dating back to RMP Properties in Gauteng. Craig joined the business in 2011 from a residential property background and found a niche he thrived in. Owen and Craig enjoyed a successful partnership until December 2020 when Owen contracted Covid-19 and sadly passed away. His mentorship and presence are sorely missed by Craig and the team.
